Deni Herrmann Duo

Deni began piano lessons when he was 8 years old. His piano teacher's name was Mr. Moses and being a young Jewish kid don't think that wasn't intimidating. He thought he might perform a miracle with him but only made him practice "40 days and 40 nights". His Dad didn't play any musical instruments but loved music and always had either Peter Paul and Mary, the Kingston Trio or Joan Baez playing on the stereo. By 12 he had started playing guitar and his first song was "If I Had A Hammer". The following years included being in bands and picking up harmonica. He studied music in college and was going to be a high school music teacher but quickly realized that there was no money for nothing and chicks for free in that business. Today he's the Entertainment Manager at Washington State’s most prolific entertainment venue. it all worked out pretty good. he’s still practicing a lot and adds new songs all the time. He loves to play.
